First point of contact for players arriving at partner venues. Check-in bookings, assist walk-ins, and keep the floor running smoothly.
About the role
You'll be stationed at one of our partner venues, welcoming players, managing the check-in flow for app bookings, and handling walk-in enquiries.
This is a shift-based role with rotations across evenings and weekends — prime-time snooker hours.
What you'll do
- Check in booked players and assign tables
- Assist walk-in players with booking and payment
- Keep the booking dashboard accurate in real time
- Handle basic dispute resolution and escalate when needed
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to the venue manager
