Front Desk Staff

First point of contact for players arriving at partner venues. Check-in bookings, assist walk-ins, and keep the floor running smoothly.

About the role

You'll be stationed at one of our partner venues, welcoming players, managing the check-in flow for app bookings, and handling walk-in enquiries.

This is a shift-based role with rotations across evenings and weekends — prime-time snooker hours.

What you'll do

  • Check in booked players and assign tables
  • Assist walk-in players with booking and payment
  • Keep the booking dashboard accurate in real time
  • Handle basic dispute resolution and escalate when needed
  • Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to the venue manager
